I had really bad luck with this soup, i thought it was bland. what did you do to make it so delicious?
ReplyDeleteI thought the beauty of this soup was in it's simplicity. Admittedly, tomatoes and garlic are two of my favorites things on this planet. The garlic caramelized really nicely when I roasted it and that flavor really came through. Perhaps a splash of wine, some fresh herbs or adding a little heat would give it the kick you were missing.
