  1. I had really bad luck with this soup, i thought it was bland. what did you do to make it so delicious?

  2. I thought the beauty of this soup was in it's simplicity. Admittedly, tomatoes and garlic are two of my favorites things on this planet. The garlic caramelized really nicely when I roasted it and that flavor really came through. Perhaps a splash of wine, some fresh herbs or adding a little heat would give it the kick you were missing.
