  1. Do you think this would work with frozen thawed bananas or do I need to use fresh ripe ones? I have this stockpile of ripe bananas I keep in my freezer but I wonder if they would be too mushy thawed? Not usually an issue with bread or muffins. Hmmn.

  2. Yes, I think it would work. This recipe is so simple and seems very forgiving. They may not hold their shape as well but you will still get all the right flavours. Personally I love the sweetness of cooked banana and mushy ones would blend right in with the melty chocolate. I say go for it!
